Senior Analyst — Commercial (Beauty) (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Own analytical projects covering commercial performance, category analytics, and brand analytics.
• Support analysis of pricing, promotional effectiveness, and subscription performance.
• Develop and maintain commercial KPI reporting, dashboards, and clear performance reports.
• Identify commercial opportunities and risks through data analysis.
• Write and maintain SQL queries and analytical scripts while working with Engineering on the commercial data model.
• Present findings to the Commercial Lead and Beauty commercial stakeholders and manage ad hoc requests from buying and trading teams.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of experience in commercial analytics, trading analytics, or a similar field.
• Strong SQL skills and strong storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and own complex commercial analytics end-to-end.
• Understanding of how commercial analytics connects to revenue, margin, and trading outcomes.
• Commercial judgement and accountability for targets with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience in beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or ecommerce environments.
• Experience analysing category or brand performance data.
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, or equivalent BI tools.
