TL;DR
Senior Analyst — Beauty Subscriptions (SQL/Commercial Analytics): Building commercial performance analysis, KPI reporting, dashboards, and insights for THG Beauty’s subscription business with an accent on trading, category, brand, and promotional analytics. Focus on identifying commercial opportunities and risks, analyzing subscriber acquisition, churn, retention, and LTV, and translating data into decisions for buying and trading teams.
Location: UK, Manchester, Icon 1 office (WA15 0AF)

What you will do
- Own analytical projects covering subscription trading, category performance, brand performance, and promotional effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain commercial KPI reporting and identify opportunities and risks through data.
- Write and maintain SQL queries and analytical scripts.
- Work with Engineering to understand the commercial data model.
- Build dashboards and reports that clearly communicate commercial performance.
- Present findings to commercial stakeholders and manage analytical requests from buying and trading teams.
Requirements
- Typically 3+ years of experience in commercial analytics, trading analytics, category management, or a similar field.
- Strong SQL and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of complex analytical projects.
- Ability to connect commercial analytics with revenue, margin, and trading outcomes.
- Ability to work from the Manchester office in the UK.
Nice to have
- Experience in beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or ecommerce.
- Exposure to subscription analytics, including subscriber acquisition, churn, retention, and LTV.
- Experience with Tableau, Looker, or equivalent business intelligence tools.
