TL;DR
Product Developer - Accessories (Accessories Product Development): Managing end-to-end development of technically sound accessories from concept through final sign-off with an accent on construction, fit, quality, sustainability, and compliance. Focus on managing critical paths, resolving technical issues with vendors and cross-functional teams, and maintaining accurate technical documentation and testing records.
Location: Hybrid role based at the HQ in Solihull, England, United Kingdom, with on-site attendance required at least 4 days a week.

What you will do
- Manage accessories product development from concept through final sign-off.
- Own the product development critical path, milestones, deadlines, risks, and delays.
- Lead technical development covering construction, fit, and overall product make-up.
- Coordinate with Design, Fit, Colour, Raw Materials, Quality, Sourcing, Production, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ensure products meet quality, safety, legal, regulatory, performance, and sustainability requirements.
- Maintain tech packs, samples, testing results, development records, and clear status updates.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of accessories construction, fit, and product development.
- Understanding of accessories regulations, safety requirements, testing standards, sustainability practices, compliance standards, and performance claims.
- Experience managing product development timelines and critical paths.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Design, Sourcing, Production, and Quality teams.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, analytical thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in PLM systems, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant product development tools.
