Product Development Associate (Cleaning Products)

Location: Denby, Derbyshire, UK. The role is office-based for the first 90 days, then follows a 4+1 hybrid model with four office days and one day working from home each week. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Domestic and international relocation are not provided.

What you will do

• Contribute to the development of new product lines and the enhancement of existing products.
• Work within project teams to provide objective, quality data for product development decisions.
• Plan product claims and validation requirements.
• Perform testing to validate new products.
• Analyse data and clearly communicate test conclusions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Scientific background or laboratory experience; candidates with or without prior experience may apply.
• Ability to perform measurements accurately and follow written protocols.
• A-level qualification.
• Accountability, responsibility, and the ability to complete tasks.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Right to work in the UK is required.
