Product Development Manager (E-commerce)

hirify.global is hiring for an established e-commerce business focused on developing and commercializing physical products for international markets.

What you will do

• Develop product strategies, quarterly roadmaps, innovation pipelines, and portfolio expansion plans.
• Lead new product development from research and ideation through design, prototyping, sampling, validation, and launch.
• Evaluate product concepts against customer experience, functionality, quality, cost, timelines, and manufacturability requirements.
• Manage multiple development projects, specifications, milestones, resources, quality standards, risks, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, factories, suppliers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor post-launch sales, conversion, reviews, returns, and contribution margin while driving product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Development, Product Management, Category Management, or New Product Development.
• 3+ years of experience managing a Product Development team.
• Proven experience developing physical products from concept to commercialization and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with factories, suppliers, manufacturing partners, materials, production, and cost optimization.
• Experience with international markets or e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, or TikTok Shop, plus good English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Art & Craft, DIY products, stationery, lifestyle and creative hobbies, or home decor.
• Product Management or Project Management certifications.
• Experience using Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Asana, ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity.
