Senior Category (Growth) Specialist (VEH and GDS) (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Co-own the strategy and planning for the Vehicles and Goods categories.
• Monitor marketplace health, including supply and demand, listing quality, buyer-seller matching, and seller retention.
• Design, run, and evaluate pricing, premium-package, monetization, and go-to-market experiments.
• Segment sellers across dealers, consumer-to-consumer sellers, power sellers, business owners, new sellers, and churn-risk sellers.
• Partner with Product on discovery, A/B testing, launch analysis, and post-launch optimization.
• Build dashboards, SQL queries, automated reports, and leadership reporting using data and AI-assisted tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, or classified platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, Excel or Google Sheets, and self-service dashboards.
• Experience designing, executing, and analyzing monetization or pricing experiments end to end.
• Experience independently managing multi-stakeholder projects and delivering results without close supervision.
• Fluent English and Vietnamese, with high attention to detail in data reporting.
• Familiarity with the Vietnamese automotive or consumer-goods market is advantageous.
