Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; office-based role

What you will do

• Own the buyer-experience product strategy, quarterly and half-year planning, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery.
• Frame ambiguous requests, validate buyer problems, and lead discovery, user research, conceptualization, prototyping, validation, and launch.
• Define product metric trees, commit to quarterly targets, run metric reviews, and remain accountable for outcomes.
• Manage stakeholders across product, engineering, design, data, marketing, operations, and leadership, including cross-team dependencies.
• Ensure committed work ships across web, mobile web, iOS, and Android.
• Design experimentation programs and turn results into product learnings and action plans with product analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing products.
• Hands-on experience with a C2C marketplace, e-commerce, job platform, search, recommendation, or personalization product.
• Experience owning product metrics, planning across multiple teams, managing roadmaps, and aligning stakeholders.
• Strong problem framing, data judgment, written communication, and experience working with engineers, designers, and analysts.
• Fluent English and daily proficiency with AI tools for research, analysis, specifications, and prototyping are required.
