Remote Live Chat Support Representative

What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and other digital communication channels.
• Answer questions about windows, doors, installation processes, consultations, orders, and services.
• Schedule consultations and appointments while coordinating with sales and installation teams.
• Document conversations and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Follow up on unresolved inquiries and direct complex questions to the appropriate specialists.
• Handle customer concerns professionally while protecting confidential information and following service procedures.

Requirements

• Previous customer service, live chat support, call center, administrative, or sales-support experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent written communication, grammar, typing accuracy, and computer skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, email clients, chat platforms, spreadsheets, and web-based applications.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, patience, and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, quiet home workspace are required.
