Project Manager Assistant (Electrical Transmission)

Location: Remote within Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, or New Jersey. Occasional travel of up to 5% annually may be required.

What you will do

• Prepare project bid packages and respond to bidder requests for information.
• Coordinate with bidders, contractors, project teams, stakeholders, and the public.
• Assist with project schedules, cash-flow plans, forecasts, budgets, and financial reports.
• Gather, organize, validate, and input project cost and performance data.
• Attend kickoff, walk-down, and status meetings and coordinate internal and field checklists.
• Document and communicate project cost, schedule, and risk status.

Requirements

• Experience in the construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or construction management, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must hold US citizenship or a green card and reside in one of the specified US states.

Nice to have

• Experience with Primavera P6.
• Experience in the electrical transmission industry.
