Connectivity Engineering Project Manager (Construction Technology)

Location: Remote (United States); collaboration with geographically dispersed teams across multiple time zones.

What you will do

• Manage team meeting schedules, participate in meetings, record decisions, and maintain action lists and organization charts.
• Follow up on action items and delivery expectations across engineering and construction workstreams.
• Maintain team wikis, FAQs, status updates, presentation templates, and communication plans.
• Create leadership and team documentation and organize project repositories.
• Coordinate project deliverables, maintain version control, and document processes.
• Track workstreams, collect and investigate data, and support team objectives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience supporting architecture, engineering, or construction teams.
• Engineering degree, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with G Suite, SharePoint, BIM360, P6, and ACC.
• Ability to lead decisively, influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, and adapt to new technical projects.
• Basic knowledge of data center engineering or construction and working knowledge of Lean tools, including Last Planner/Pull Planning, Gemba, and Kanban.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with remote, geographically dispersed teams.

Nice to have

• Construction industry experience related to business processes or project management.
• Technology industry experience with software implementations and administration.
• Customer service experience involving software support.
• Experience with construction project management systems such as Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, or Newforma.
