Demand Planning Intern (AI)

What you will do

• Analyze demand data to identify trends, forecast gaps, customer and product patterns, and planning improvement opportunities.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports covering demand trends, forecast performance, exceptions, and key business metrics.
• Clean, organize, and validate data from multiple sources for reporting and demand planning recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports, forecast reviews, and exception tracking using Power BI, Excel, or AI-enabled tools.
• Explore AI use cases including demand signal analysis, forecast summarization, exception reporting, and planning insight generation.
• Prepare summaries, visualizations, and recommendations for demand planning, supply chain, and commercial stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Rising junior or senior with an interest in demand planning, forecasting, analytics, data visualization, and business process improvement.
• Microsoft Excel experience is required.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Effective communication, curiosity, and willingness to learn digital and AI-enabled tools.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Power BI, data visualization, SQL, Python, or similar analytics tools.
