Data Analyst - Supply Chain & Operations

Location: Full-time, on-site in Phoenix, Arizona, United States; occasional visits to manufacturing facilities, construction sites, customer locations, and other active project environments may be required.

What you will do

• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from ERP systems, procurement, inventory, project, finance, and operational sources.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, visualizations, and KPIs for management and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze purchasing, inventory, materials, suppliers, orders, lead times, costs, delivery performance, and operational trends.
• Identify shortages, delays, variances, discrepancies, and operational risks, then communicate findings and recommendations.
• Support supplier-performance tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, process improvement, and reporting standardization.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, engineering, project management, operations, finance, customers, vendors, and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business analytics, supply chain management, statistics, finance, business administration, engineering, information systems, or a related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, supply chain, procurement, operations, business analytics, or a related field.
• Fluency in Chinese and English is required for communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, XLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, PivotTables, charts, data organization, and analysis.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau, plus SQL, Python, or another data-analysis tool.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with supply chain, procurement, inventory, logistics, supplier, materials, or operational data.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, engineering, construction, or logistics industries.
• Knowledge of Power Query, DAX, data modeling, database structures, forecasting, data governance, or process improvement.
