Summer 2027 Internship - Supply Chain

Location: San Leandro, CA; Fremont, CA; or Los Lunas, NM. Full-time onsite for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks beginning between mid-May and mid-June 2027.

What you will do

• Support receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and engineering to ensure materials are available and correctly issued to jobs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Execute MES transactions, including receipts, issues, transfers, and work-order consumption.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system data.
• Document inventory processes and standard work.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Interest in manufacturing, inventory control, and operational processes.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow standardized processes.
• Comfort working with systems and data.
• Willingness and ability to work full time onsite for at least 12 consecutive weeks.
• Willingness to work on the production floor and in a warehouse environment.

Nice to have

• Six or more months of internship, co-op, or academic project experience outside regular coursework.
• GPA of 3.5 or above.
• Basic experience with CAD software, MATLAB, Python, or Excel.
