Manufacturing Planning Intern (Semiconductor)

Location: On-site in Bloomington, Minnesota, USA

Salary: $25.50–$32.20 per hour

Semiconductor foundry expanding its automated manufacturing capabilities, production capacity, and advanced BCD and wide-bandgap technologies, including GaN.

What you will do

• Identify and develop reporting solutions that improve factory operations and manufacturing planning.
• Extract and analyze manufacturing and planning data from large data sources.
• Build reports and dashboards in Power BI and other systems for program teams.
• Create infographics that present key information in clear, accessible formats.
• Explore practical applications of AI tools in the workplace.
• Collaborate with Industrial Engineering, Operations, Process Engineering, and Maintenance Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Production Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Ability to code in SQL, Python, or similar tools for data extraction.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, or other data-management and visualization software.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing science and production.
• Ability to work on-site in Bloomington, Minnesota.
