Sourcing Analyst (SaaS)

What you will do

• Negotiate directly with SaaS suppliers on lower-value transactional contracts.
• Secure favorable pricing and contract terms aligned with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with customer-facing Procurement Managers to understand requirements and non-negotiables.
• Provide customers with clear, concise written updates and maintain regular updates in the hirify.global platform.
• Build strong supplier relationships and ensure timely, efficient communication, particularly by email.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in procurement operations, delivery, or relationship management within SaaS.
• Experience negotiating with SaaS suppliers or strong knowledge of key SaaS terms.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to apply customer requirements and identify risks.
• Ability to work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and adapting priorities.
• Strong organization, written and verbal communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be legally able to work in South Africa.
