What you will do

• Inspect and maintain CV-22 airframes, powerplants, prop rotors, ECS, fuel systems, flight controls, and related components.
• Perform preflight, post-flight, phase, scheduled, unscheduled, acceptance, transfer, and one-time inspections.
• Complete heavy maintenance, including engine, PRGB, hub, and blade-fold work.
• Troubleshoot complex aircraft systems and subsystems and complete O&I-level modifications and time compliance technical orders.
• Train active-duty maintenance technicians and document completed training.
• Drive and tow aircraft and equipment on the flight line.

Requirements

• At least five years of continuous aircraft maintenance experience in an aircraft mechanical specialty on fixed-wing or rotary aircraft.
• Three years of CV-22 or V-22 experience, or one year of documented recent experience within the past three years.
• Prior CV-22 Air Force 7-level or Red X qualification, or prior USMC CDI qualification.
• Working knowledge of technical publications, bulletins, diagrams, ground support equipment, precision tools, and IETM procedures.
• US citizenship and eligibility for a government security clearance are required.
• Ability to pass drug and background screening.

Nice to have

• Seven years of continuous aircraft maintenance experience.
• Prior APU, Blade Fold Wing Stow, aircraft tow, and refuel/defuel qualifications.
• Experience operating tugs, forklifts, and cranes.
