What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of water and wastewater treatment plant and conveyance projects.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, staffing, deliverables, quality, and contract compliance.
• Direct design staff and coordinate internal departments and field positions.
• Oversee project design and construction activities, including project safety responsibilities.
• Interface with clients, lead status meetings, and manage stakeholder communication plans.
• Support backlog execution, proposals, business development, and new work pursuits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, mechanical, or a related engineering field.
• Professional Engineer registration in Texas and at least 15 years of experience.
• Demonstrable experience designing and constructing water and wastewater facilities or infrastructure.
• Experience working with local municipalities and utility companies.
• Experience directing, coordinating, and supervising staff and leading project meetings.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, teamwork, decision-making, judgment, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency with project and office software.
