Project Manager II (Water Technology)

What you will do

• Develop project plans, timelines, objectives, budgets, and contingency plans.
• Lead project meetings, track progress, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, expectations, requirements, and feedback.
• Allocate resources, monitor utilization, and resolve resource conflicts.
• Implement quality control measures, conduct reviews, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare project reports, maintain documentation, and conduct final project evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience developing and implementing project management strategies and plans.
• Knowledge of risk management and project scheduling techniques.
