VP, Cloud Product Manager (AWS)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States; hybrid work is available from home near a hirify.global Hub, with required commuting for regular in-person meetings, training, and culture events.

Salary: $170,000–$290,000 USD annual, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the AWS Cloud Migration Program and define the vision and strategy for cloud-based products and services.
• Build and maintain product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog.
• Coordinate engineering, design, marketing, sales, application engineers, and outsourced vendors.
• Oversee product development and delivery, including Jira Align epics and features, governance, and compliance.
• Monitor product usage, adoption, performance, customer feedback, and improvement opportunities.
• Present progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior leadership while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of IT experience, or at least 14 years of IT experience without a degree.
• At least 7 years of experience in a large, complex organization and 3–5 years in product management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AWS, containerization, DevOps and infrastructure operations, and application migration or modernization.
• Experience with strategic product roadmaps, Agile methodologies, PI increments, feature planning, and reviews.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, data analytics, and business translation skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification.
• Experience in credit cards, consumer finance, payments, financial services, or retail services.
• Experience directing technical teams, mentoring team members, and delivering solutions that improve performance and customer experience.
• Knowledge of financial services trends, data encryption, and PII protection standards.
