Technical Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States; eligibility is restricted to U.S. persons

Salary: $155,000–$210,000 annual base salary depending on U.S. market tier, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the hirify.global Intelligence Platform and coordinate delivery timing with product leadership.
• Partner with infrastructure engineering and application product owners to define platform capabilities, requirements, epics, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Set and report platform success metrics, including API adoption, integration reliability, module development time, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Govern the core platform object model, extension framework, developer API portal, and third-party integration framework.
• Define integration requirements, service levels, and support models with engineering, security, and customer-facing teams.
• Champion performance, scalability, multi-tenant security, auditability, and regulatory compliance while mentoring and managing a growing team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software, including 7+ years in product management and meaningful platform, infrastructure, or technical product management experience.
• Successful track record of developing and launching SaaS products through product leadership.
• Required: experience and knowledge of the energy or utility industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development, stakeholder management, prioritization, written communication, and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and deliverables while adapting to changing priorities.
• Must qualify as a U.S. person under applicable federal law: U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.

Nice to have

• Experience with a utility, ISO/RTO, interconnection, grid planning, or utility-scale project development.
• Undergraduate degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
