Oracle HCM Technical Consultant (Oracle HCM): Supporting and extending Oracle Cloud HCM applications through reports, integrations, data-loading workflows, Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts with an accent on HR and payroll technology. Focus on designing complex business logic, troubleshooting cross-system integrations, improving data quality, and identifying automation opportunities with Oracle HCM AI capabilities.

What you will do

Provide technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Benefits, Recruitment, Payroll, Absences, and Time.
Design, develop, troubleshoot, and support BI, OTBI, BIP reports, Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts.
Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, FTP connections, and third-party or internal applications.
Develop HCM data-loading processes with HCM Data Loader, spreadsheet loaders, and automated workflows for onboarding, organizational changes, balance adjustments, and mass updates.
Collaborate with HR teams, payroll specialists, business owners, vendors, and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and follow JIRA/CAB processes.
Improve process efficiency, data quality, documentation, automation, decision-making, and user experience using Oracle HCM AI capabilities.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM technology.
Hands-on expertise with Oracle HCM reporting tools, including BI, OTBI, and BIP; OIC integrations; HCM Extracts; Fast Formulas; and HCM Data Loader.
Experience across Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Recruitment, Absences, and Time modules.
Experience with Oracle HCM AI capabilities and identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to adjust working hours slightly earlier or later to support EST/PST time zones and work effectively in a corporate office environment.

Culture & Benefits

Contract engagement with an expected duration of 15–18 months, from November/December 2026 through April 2028.
