Oracle Cloud HCM Assessment Consultant (Temporary - 3 Months) (Oracle Cloud HCM)

Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

What you will do

• Conduct a comprehensive health check of the Oracle Cloud HCM environment across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Security.
• Assess Payroll and Benefits configuration, workflows, controls, tax setup, compliance, plan design, eligibility rules, enrollment, and integrations.
• Evaluate system configuration against Oracle leading practices and industry benchmarks, identifying risks, gaps, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
• Review data integrity, reporting, data governance, system performance, data flows, automation opportunities, Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, and reporting tools.
• Conduct interviews and workshops with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT stakeholders to gather feedback and identify pain points.
• Deliver a comprehensive health check report with key findings and actionable recommendations for improved usability, compliance, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of direct experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Hands-on expertise in Payroll and Benefits, including complex or multi-state payroll environments.
• Experience conducting system assessments, audits, or health checks, as well as full HCM lifecycle implementations or post-go-live optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI reporting, HDL, integrations, payroll compliance, and benefits administration.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Oracle Cloud certifications in HCM, Payroll, or Benefits.
• Prior consulting experience with system optimization engagements.
• Experience presenting findings to senior leadership.
