What you will do

• Own the functional roadmap and serve as the senior subject-matter authority for Oracle Cloud Fusion modules including AP, GL, FA, SCM, PO, and PA.
• Configure and optimize chart of accounts, ledgers, subledger accounting rules, asset books, procurement policies, workflows, lookups, and flexfields.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close by troubleshooting invoice holds, payment issues, journal import errors, depreciation exceptions, and project cost allocations.
• Design and maintain OTBI analyses, dashboards, and BI Publisher reports for Finance, Procurement, and Project stakeholders.
• Support Oracle integrations, FBDI data loads, SQL-based investigations, upgrades, patches, and quarterly Cloud release reviews.
• Lead enhancement delivery, requirements gathering, solution design, UAT coordination, go-live support, Oracle Support escalations, and AMS/vendor governance.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on Oracle ERP, EPM, and SCM experience, including significant Oracle Cloud Fusion experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in AP, GL, FA, SCM, PO, and PA modules.
• 4–6 years of OTBI and/or BI Publisher report development experience.
• Experience with enterprise production applications, functional roadmaps, month-end and year-end close processes, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and cross-functional leadership skills; working knowledge of SQL is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience working with outsourced AMS or managed services providers.
• Knowledge of APIs, file-based integrations, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Oracle technical documentation.
• Previous people leadership experience or readiness to build and lead a growing functional team.
