What you will do

• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses, including training customers on contact lens insertion and removal.
• Provide customer service, product education, and sales support while meeting store goals.
• Maintain accurate patient records, coordinate order follow-up, and conduct weekly customer outreach.
• Reduce remakes, follow safety standards, and support operational quality.
• Manage inventory, merchandising standards, and the cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.

Requirements

• Active dispensing license required by the applicable state.
• At least 3 years of related experience or training.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident selling skills and the ability to meet store goals.
• Organization, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and comfort working with diverse customers.
