Temp Recruiter (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote within the United States

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles, from pipeline generation and screening through offer delivery.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies.
• Provide targeted sourcing support to other recruiters for priority roles.
• Partner with hiring managers on candidate profiles, pipeline updates, interviews, and offers.
• Manage an independent recruiting desk while prioritizing workload against hiring targets.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and accurate ATS documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume hiring.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Ashby.
• Strong sourcing, organizational, independent-work, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to advise hiring managers and build trust with cross-functional leaders.
• Ability to work remotely from within the United States.
