Design For Test Engineer IV (DFT)

Annual salary: $112,200–$170,500

hirify.global is hiring for an engineering services role supporting customer DFT deliverables.

What you will do

• Perform scan insertion, JTAG, ATPG DRC, and coverage analysis.
• Debug simulations involving timing and SDF, identify root causes, and resolve failures.
• Ensure successful technical delivery of DFT deliverables to customers.
• Work across sites with design teams to define and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to execute concurrent objectives.
• Improve DFT best practices through new methodologies, technologies, and tools.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge and experience solving complex engineering problems independently.
• Typically 8+ years of related experience with a four-year degree, or 6 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze business practices and define optimal procedures.
• Ability to act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead project-team work.
• Experience with DFT deliverables, simulation debugging, and related test technologies.
