Test Engineer IV (Semiconductor Equipment)

Salary: $116,000–$159,500 per year

What you will do

• Provide sustaining support for deployed test fixtures and minimize downtime and customer impact.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, calibration, out-of-tolerance follow-up, and fixture equipment maintenance programs.
• Lead new test fixture design, deployment, sourcing, manufacturing engineering deliverables, and project execution.
• Coordinate stakeholders and suppliers around statements of work, test specifications, requirements, and delivery milestones.
• Analyze operational test data, manage corrective actions, and lead process FMEA activities for new product development.
• Track performance metrics, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and mentor and train lower-level engineers.

Requirements

• Depth or breadth of expertise in a specialized engineering discipline.
• Ability to interpret business and engineering challenges and recommend best practices.
• Experience leading teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, or complexity.
• Strong analytical problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Must work onsite in Billerica, Massachusetts, on the second shift.
