Test Engineer IV (Semiconductor)

Salary: $116,000–$159,500 per year

What you will do

• Provide sustaining support for deployed test fixtures to minimize downtime and customer impact.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, calibration, out-of-tolerance follow-up, and equipment maintenance programs.
• Design, develop, deploy, and improve test fixtures while managing multiple projects and customer deliverables.
• Track deployment issues, performance metrics, corrective actions, engineering changes, and manufacturing engineering deliverables.
• Lead cost estimation, sourcing, supplier coordination, DFx initiatives, test mapping, gap analysis, and statement-of-work development.
• Lead Process Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis and mentor lower-level engineers.

Requirements

• Depth and breadth of expertise in a specialized engineering discipline.
• Experience interpreting business and engineering challenges and recommending improvements to products, processes, or services.
• Ability to lead functional teams and projects with moderate resources, risk, and complexity.
• Advanced analytical problem-solving skills, judgment, and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for coordinating with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must work onsite in Billerica, Massachusetts; relocation is not offered.
