Location: Remote, US-based

Salary: $210,000–$230,000 base salary, plus 30% target annual bonus and RSUs

What you will do

• Design engagement, connection, belonging, and teamwork systems for a remote-first company.
• Build employee and leader communications rhythms that reach all geographies and time zones.
• Develop remote working practices, onboarding, recognition, team rituals, and in-person gatherings.
• Own retention and succession planning, including risk identification and leadership bench development.
• Rebuild manager development, internal mobility, and learning practices for distributed teams.
• Lead a small HR Operations and strategic HRBP team and partner on AI-driven work design, job architecture, and team structure.

Requirements

• Experience operating teams outside the United States through EORs or owned entities.
• Experience scaling a company through approximately 500–1,000 employees with international growth.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience building HR frameworks, programs, and operating practices.
• Regular use of AI agents in daily work.
• Experience leading a team while remaining close to execution.
• Strong communication skills and experience supporting distributed teams across geographies, time zones, and cultures.

Nice to have

• Experience in a mid-sized technology company rather than a large enterprise.
• First-time VP ready to step up or second-time VP who prefers building over administering.
• Experience working in a public-company environment.
