Health and Well-being Benefits Manager

Location: Camden, New Jersey 08103, United States; hybrid schedule at the corporate office with occasional travel to Campbell’s sites

Salary: $107,400–$147,600 per year

What you will do

• Administer and evaluate employee health, welfare, and well-being programs for employees and their families.
• Lead mental health, physical wellness, financial wellness, and work-life balance initiatives, including vendor relationships.
• Handle complex benefits inquiries and provide guidance to employees and managers.
• Analyze benefits utilization data, identify trends, and recommend program improvements.
• Lead annual enrollment from requirements review and communications planning through system testing and coordination.
• Develop benefits communications and education for employees across plants, warehouses, and offices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in benefits administration and employee well-being programs.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employee benefits regulations.
• Experience with benefits administration systems and HRIS platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on a hybrid schedule from the corporate office in Camden, New Jersey, with occasional travel to Campbell’s sites.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• CEBS, CHES, or another relevant certification.
