Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $215,000–$235,000 per year, plus discretionary annual bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Design and execute global benefits programs supporting physical, mental, and financial wellbeing.
• Present plan design recommendations, renewals, and governance updates to senior leadership.
• Lead benefits due diligence and integration for M&A activity, including program harmonization and long-term alignment.
• Design and implement health, retirement, wellness, family-building, and leave programs.
• Manage benefits vendors, communications, employee education, engagement campaigns, and leadership presentations.
• Oversee Open Enrollment, Workday-based benefits administration, compliance, and retirement governance, including 401(k) audits and reporting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive benefits experience.
• Proven experience managing global benefits programs across multiple countries.
• Strong expertise in benefits compliance, retirement plans, governance, and 401(k) oversight.
• Experience leading M&A integrations and vendor management initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and strategic leadership skills.
