Health and Well-being Benefits Manager

Location: Camden, New Jersey, USA; hybrid schedule at the corporate office. Occasional travel to Campbell’s sites, including manufacturing plants and warehouses, is required.

Salary: $107,400–$147,600 per year base salary.

What you will do

• Administer and evaluate employee health, welfare, and well-being programs for employees and their families.
• Lead mental health, physical wellness, financial wellness, and work-life balance initiatives, including relationships with healthcare, pharmacy, mental health, digital physical therapy, and clinic vendors.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex benefits inquiries from employees and managers.
• Analyze benefits utilization data, identify trends, and recommend program improvements while managing costs.
• Lead annual enrollment from requirements review and communications planning through system testing and cross-functional implementation.
• Develop benefits education, communications, and engagement activities for employees across offices, plants, and warehouses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in benefits administration and employee well-being programs.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employee-benefits regulations.
• Experience with benefits administration systems and HRIS platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with People & Culture, Finance, consultants, and external vendors.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• CEBS, CHES, or another relevant certification.
