Principal Supply Analyst, Kinaxis Maestro

Location: Troy, New York, United States. Work model: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; onsite expectations apply.

Salary: $78,700–$150,600 annually.

What you will do

• Design, configure, and optimize Kinaxis Maestro solutions for campaign management, lifecycle planning, and inventory optimization.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and build worksheets, dashboards, templates, algorithms, and scripts.
• Integrate Maestro with ERP and adjacent supply chain platforms, with Oracle preferred.
• Monitor system performance, resolve data integrity issues, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Maintain workflow, configuration, and validation documentation for deployment and audit readiness.
• Partner with operations, logistics, manufacturing, finance, and planning stakeholders; train users and provide ongoing support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning solutions for the Principal level.
• 3+ years of hands-on configuration experience with an advanced planning platform such as Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro, o9, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, OMP, or Anaplan.
• Experience in life sciences, pharma, or another regulated or complex manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Kinaxis Maestro Author certification, Level 1 or higher, is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle ERP.
• Familiarity with GMP frameworks.
• Kinaxis Maestro Author certification, Level 1 or higher.
