What you will do

• Optimize inventory and supply management for the Fresh Breadbox program and frozen Breadbox portfolio.
• Plan inventory levels, schedule finished-goods production, and develop monthly purchasing plans.
• Monitor customer and market demand while maintaining production plans and stock levels across 15+ bakeries and regional distribution centers.
• Lead the S&OP process and model the impact of supply and demand fluctuations.
• Coordinate replenishment across corporate and third-party distribution centers and reconcile inventory between internal systems and 3PL WMS platforms.
• Analyze service-level shortages, support product launches, and implement tools and processes that improve operational effectiveness and inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in supply chain optimization, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with demand planning, ERP and planning applications, data warehousing systems, and Oracle Cloud Planning and ERP.
• Knowledge of logistics, production planning, inventory management, replenishment models, consumer products, and food manufacturing.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, project management, communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and intermediate Access.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma, APICS, CPIM, or CSCP certification.
• Specialized studies in forecasting, modeling, data mining, or statistics.
