Senior Program Manager (Financial Services)

Annual base salary: $114,480–$170,070 USD

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, implementation, readiness, reporting, and delivery of complex projects and medium-to-large programs valued at approximately $8M–$15M.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, controls, and business outcomes across multiple business and technology areas.
• Partner with sponsors, senior leadership, Finance, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions and provide financial forecasts.
• Identify barriers and mitigation plans, negotiate priorities, improve efficiency, and support organizational change.
• Drive lessons learned, knowledge retention, delivery methodology adoption, and coaching for the enterprise project management community.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing large or significant projects or medium-to-large programs.
• Experience in financial services or management consulting, preferably supporting retirement, wealth management, employee benefits, investment management, or institutional financial services.
• Expert understanding of project or portfolio management principles, including project financial management.
• Proven ability to lead execution through highly matrixed teams, influence stakeholders, manage change, and make timely decisions.
• Strong communication, judgment, critical thinking, partnership-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, related field, or equivalent work experience.
