Program Manager II- Enterprise Strategy & Capability Enablement (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex enterprise programs that consolidate distributed capabilities into centralized utilities.
• Design and implement enterprise models that standardize tools, processes, and capabilities across corporate functions.
• Develop strategies to transition fragmented or siloed capabilities into unified enterprise-wide solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, risk, and corporate function stakeholders.
• Manage program plans, budgets, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables using Agile methodologies and tools.
• Provide executive-level updates, presentations, reporting, strategic insights, and communication frameworks.

Requirements

• University or college degree, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience in program or project management, preferably in financial services or another highly regulated environment.
• Experience managing large-scale, enterprise-impact programs and capability consolidation, shared services, or enterprise utility models.
• Strong enterprise communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and senior leadership influencing skills.
• Experience in Agile environments with proficiency in Jira and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.

Nice to have

• Background in risk, corporate functions technology, enterprise transformation, or operating model design.
• Familiarity with enterprise utility development or shared service architecture.
• Experience with capability mapping, strategic planning, organizational change management, and risk management programs.
