What you will do

• Advise the Senior Vice President and senior leadership team on people strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, engagement, retention, and organizational capability initiatives.
• Drive organizational design, transformation, and change management across therapeutic areas and commercial functions.
• Use workforce data, analytics, and organizational insights to identify trends and support continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on integrated talent and workforce solutions.
• Coach, mentor, and develop one direct report while contributing HR thought leadership across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 4+ years of Human Resources experience, or Master’s degree and 7+ years, or Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years.
• Experience coaching and influencing leaders to improve organizational effectiveness and lead change.
• Experience with HR site leadership in a complex business environment and with talent planning, leadership development, compensation, and workforce strategy.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR regulations, and relevant business practices.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, and project or program management capability.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and senior-level influencing skills.
