Pharmacy Manager (Pharmacy)

Location: Onsite at 841 E Gannon Ave, Zebulon, North Carolina, United States

Salary: $112,000–$197,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is also offered.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while overseeing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and deliver other patient-care programs.
• Analyze pharmacy performance and patient outcomes to improve care quality.
• Manage merchandise presentation, pricing, inventory levels, and loss-prevention controls.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, company policies, safety standards, and quality-assurance procedures.
• Lead customer service and community outreach initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGEC qualification.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Experience working effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Ability to manage pharmacy staff, operations, financial analysis, and performance data.

Nice to have

• U.S. pharmacy-related experience.
