Pharmacy Manager (USA)

Location: Onsite at 175 Beasley Dr, Dickson, TN 37055-2841, United States

Salary: $112,000–$197,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and a $25,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Provide patient care by processing and dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and supporting pharmacy health programs.
• Manage pharmacy operations, including counseling, insurance and licensure issues, inventory flow, quality assurance, and standard operating procedures.
• Lead, train, mentor, schedule, and provide performance feedback to pharmacy associates.
• Drive sales, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, merchandise presentation, and financial performance in the Pharmacy and OTC areas.
• Maintain patient safety, medication accuracy, HIPAA compliance, billing compliance, and regulatory execution.
• Build community relationships, support outreach programs, and resolve customer and associate concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGEC qualification from NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work onsite at the Dickson, Tennessee pharmacy facility.
• Ability to manage pharmacy operations, compliance, patient safety, finances, inventory, and associate development.
