Senior Special Assets Insurance Analyst

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH

Salary: $52,500–$87,500 base salary per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage internal master trust policies and externally placed insurance policies for Trust Real Estate assets using TIMS.
• Monitor policy premiums, coordinate insurance updates with agencies, and ensure hirify.global is listed on applicable policies.
• Maintain flood zone determinations, assist with flood insurance applications, and file and track insurance claims and payouts.
• Analyze insurance certificates, policies, subscription agreements, operating agreements, financial statements, and other complex documentation.
• Support master policy renewals, replacement cost evaluations, special-asset valuations, asset setup, and asset movement.
• Review reports for exceptions and compliance, improve processes, update procedures, and support risk mitigation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in real estate and/or insurance.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and financial statement analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze operational risk, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in the office in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH.

Nice to have

• Fiduciary experience.
• Insurance licensure experience; an active license is not required.
• Experience with commercial real estate lending, investment management, capital management, or retail banking.
