ADAS MBD Software & RTE Engineer (Automotive)

Location: Hybrid in Dearborn, Michigan; must live within a reasonable commuting distance from the worksite. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $147,077–$192,900 per year

What you will do

• Develop and generate model-based software for ADAS features, including specifications, models, code implementation, verification, and validation.
• Work with feature owners to review requirements, system-level interactions, and model development activities.
• Apply Simulink Model Advisor checks, robustness practices, and code-generation best practices.
• Review model, generated-code, test, and static-analysis reports and resolve identified issues.
• Configure and generate Classic AUTOSAR RTE and integrate AUTOSAR application components and compositions.
• Support CAE testing procedures, calibration tuning, software signoff, and vehicle-program delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the offered role or a related occupation.
• At least 5 years of experience with MATLAB and Simulink software development and embedded software for automotive applications.
• At least 3 years of experience analyzing and debugging Simulink models and using AUTOSAR authoring tools such as ETAS ISOLAR or Vector DaVinci.
• At least 2 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks and at least 1 year of MIL and SIL testing experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to commute to the Dearborn, Michigan worksite.
