Senior Product Manager - Mobile Core (FinTech)

What you will do

• Define the Mobile Core mission, product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
• Own shared navigation, the app shell, common containers, and integration processes for product and engineering teams.
• Prioritize reliability, performance, accessibility, observability, and live app health.
• Coordinate iOS and Android releases, dependencies, app store operations, and release-risk management.
• Influence shared capabilities including deeplinks, push notifications, remote configuration, authentication, analytics, and app-wide standards.
• Measure reuse, integration and upgrade time, release predictability, and post-release product outcomes.

Requirements

• Product management experience across native iOS and Android products.
• Technical depth in mobile architecture, platform constraints, reliability, and release trade-offs.
• Experience managing cross-team releases, dependencies, shared capabilities, adoption, or migration.
• Practical knowledge of app store operations, staged rollouts, feature flags, remote configuration, analytics, and mobile observability.
• Strong analytical and product judgment, ownership from ideation to delivery, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Professional fluency in English is required; German is optional.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, banking, brokerage, mobile platforms, app foundations, core experiences, or developer enablement.
• Experience building server-driven UI frameworks with native iOS and Android support.
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
