Product Lead (Insurtech)

Location: Remote-first in Ireland or the UK

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and product decisions for a product area.
• Lead and grow a group of product engineers, coaching them on scope and delivery decisions.
• Shape and lead six-week Shape Up cycles for new features and provider integrations.
• Simplify insurer onboarding, plan setup, premium management, and benefits workflows.
• Translate underwriting and compliance complexity into employee flows that can be completed in minutes.
• Collaborate across support, success, sales, operations, and other business functions while helping shape new product areas and markets.

Requirements

• Product experience at lead, staff, or principal level; strong senior candidates may also be considered.
• Experience owning product vision and strategy rather than only executing an existing strategy.
• Entrepreneurial or engineering background, including startup or scale-up experience.
• Experience working across business functions and managing or preparing to manage people.
• Experience in a high-quality product environment and clear, concise communication focused on value and outcomes.
• Relevant domain experience in fintech, insurtech, HR technology, employee benefits, expenses, travel, or products serving both business buyers and employees.

Nice to have

• Seed-stage startup experience in addition to Series A–D scale-up experience.
