Senior PLM Project Manager (PLM)

Location: Andover, Massachusetts, United States (hybrid). Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Travel of up to 50% is required.

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 base annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead customer deployment and implementation projects for hirify.global Innovator solutions.
• Own day-to-day project management and ensure delivery within time, cost, and quality constraints.
• Plan and execute project activities in line with customer milestones.
• Identify project risks, monitor triggers, and execute contingency plans.
• Lead project teams and collaborate with hirify.global teams and customer sponsors.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, negotiations, budgets, P&L, invoicing, and billing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with large PDM/PLM software projects.
• Proven experience leading large enterprise PLM software deployments in a project management role.
• At least 5 years of experience managing enterprise software deployments with teams of three or more members.
• Experience managing commercial and enterprise clients, multiple projects, and project budgets.
• United States work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, aerospace and defense, manufacturing, consumer products, high-tech electronics, or shipbuilding.
• Knowledge of engineering change processes, phase-gate project management, quality systems, requirements management, DFMEA, PFMEA, CAPA, manufacturing process planning, or MRO.
• PMP and/or SAFe certification.
