What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy and commercial outcomes for frontier technology products.
• Identify and refine complex problem spaces, making evidence-based investment and build-buy-partner decisions.
• Lead continuous discovery, research, experimentation and AI-enabled prototyping with Design and Engineering.
• Build AI-native products and development practices while maintaining standards for data quality, model performance, trust and human oversight.
• Drive products from early incubation through scaled, national-level deployment and adoption.
• Align Product, Engineering, Commercial and Operations stakeholders through influence, clarity and measurable progress.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading end-to-end product strategy, discovery, delivery and scale-up in complex, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance customer value, business impact, risk and effort.
• High confidence in understanding, explaining and interacting with emerging and new technologies.
• Experience delivering measurable outcomes such as adoption, revenue growth or customer impact.

Nice to have

• Platform and ecosystem thinking, including partner selection and build-buy-partner decisions.
• Experience building or working on data-driven or AI-enabled products.
• Experience using AI tools for insight generation, prototyping, experimentation or engineering workflows.
