Salary: $119,700–$176,900 per year

What you will do

• Provide practical, solution-oriented legal guidance to business units and subsidiaries.
• Research and analyze legal issues affecting business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, policies, and other legal documents.
• Advise internal clients on legal risks, options, and business-focused solutions.
• Assist with litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys and professionals across the Legal Department and the wider organization.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association or equivalent admission in another applicable jurisdiction.
• Two or more years of experience practicing law.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, make sound decisions, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Positive, self-motivated, action-oriented, and collaborative approach.

Nice to have

• Business and legal fluency in a second language.
• Experience or knowledge in contracts, employment, corporate governance, benefits, property, EH&S, purchasing, intellectual property, or international matters.
