Project Manager

What you will do

• Define, plan, manage, and deliver organizational projects.
• Lead complex projects involving business, operational, and IT deliverables.
• Manage project scope, schedules, costs, quality parameters, milestones, and resources.
• Develop project charters, integrated project plans, resource plans, contingency plans, and related documentation.
• Partner with Finance to validate forecasts and reconcile project resources and expenditures.
• Communicate project status, milestones, issues, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in program or project management.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale projects.
• Strong project management skills and relevant experience.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Ability to work more than 40 hours per week when required and meet the stated physical demands.
