Assembly Supervisor - 2nd Shift (Automotive Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Supervise production staff and support quality, cost, delivery, and safety objectives.
• Monitor equipment functionality, poka-yoke systems, and unsafe or defective operations.
• Train, lead, mentor, and evaluate operators and production leaders on exhaust manufacturing processes.
• Analyze staffing needs and maintain efficient production schedules and budgets.
• Improve production methods, equipment performance, maintenance, and product quality.
• Lead 5S, quality, safety, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing activities while ensuring policy compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of supervisory experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and oral communication, negotiation, organizational, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Computer proficiency and a sound technical aptitude.
• Thorough understanding of stamping, automation, and manufacturing applications.
• Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels in an on-site production environment.

• SAP experience.
