Senior Manufacturing Process Technician - Night Shift (12 Hour)

Location: New Albany, Ohio, United States; onsite night shift with 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

What you will do

• Set up, operate, inspect, and troubleshoot automated packaging, assembly, labeling, printing, and robotic equipment.
• Maintain machine uptime by clearing faults and stoppages and using HMIs to identify alarms.
• Perform manufacturing operations including material dispensing, reconciliation, line clearance, basic analytics, and transaction recording.
• Support equipment and process validation, documentation review, batch records, work orders, and preventative maintenance activities.
• Train colleagues on manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve mechanical, safety, quality, and process-efficiency issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 2 years of technical experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or packaging environments, or an associate degree plus 6 months of relevant technical experience.
• Experience in GMP, medical device, or biotech manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of packaging or process equipment maintenance and experience with highly automated equipment.
• Ability to diagnose malfunctions, perform equipment setup, follow written procedures, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Experience with HMIs, SAP transactions, electronic batch records, and discrete component assembly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in small and cross-functional teams.
