Location: Onsite in Bethesda, MD, USA

Salary: $21 per hour, with expected total annual compensation of $35,000–$95,000+ including commissions.

What you will do

• Follow the sales process, promptly follow up with prospects, schedule appointments, and conduct apartment tours.
• Present the value of the community and help prospects select their new home.
• Meet or exceed monthly leasing goals through effective sales performance.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to current and future residents.
• Provide leasing support to other hirify.global as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts and follow Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, such as property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurants.
• Demonstrated success setting and achieving goals while following a sales process.
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Flexible availability during office hours and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
